We all get mad. We get pissed. We get frustrated. Sometimes, we even want to give up. Don’t let that frustration overtake you. Don’t let it force your eye off the target. Or throw you off the path to your destination. Instead, feed on it. Motivation can be all rainbows and butterflies, but sometimes you need that extra raw helping of tough love to get you moving. You want something with bite. You want something that fights back a little. So when you’re feeling those fierce feelings of frustration, channel it into physical strength and immediate action. Run harder, move faster, fight stronger. Don’t let your frustration hold you back. Instead, let it move you. And by doing so, you release it and its hold on you.
